Inside Flow is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga, with music as its driving force. Sequences range from slow and soulful to heart-pumping sweaty sessions!
While creative expression is one of it's important components, Inside Flow is nonetheless a highly technical practice.
Young Ho Kim
In 2007, Inside Flow founder Young Ho Kim opened the Inside Yoga Studio in Frankfurt, Germany. His progressive style of yoga, characterized by anatomically correct alignment, ease and willingness to change, gave rise to INSIDE FLOW.

In 2016, he launched his premium online yoga platform TINT, giving students access to the world’s best teachers online.
Today, hundreds of Inside Flow teachers around the globe take his cue and guide thousands of students to their inner guru – because “ALL YOU NEED IS INSIDE®”.

Yogi Flow PH is a wellness and lifestyle brand deeply rooted in Cebu's yoga community.

Founded by Jenifer Martinez, Yogi Flow PH has made its mark by organizing sold-out events/retreats, promoting locally-made merchandise and keeping the yoga community inspired!
